RKR Hess is excited to welcome the newest addition to our transportation services team, Project Engineer, Timothy Kramer, P.E. Joining us from Alfred Benesch & Company (Allentown, Pa.) where he served as Project Engineer, Kramer prepared and managed tasks associated with Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and highway design and bridge replacement projects. Prior to his time at Alfred Benesch & Company, Kramer provided his transportation planning and service expertise at Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. (Center Valley, Pa.), as a Transportation Planning Specialist. Kramer offers a wide range of professional engineering specialization in areas such as: project and relationship management, staff training, cost estimation and reduction, proposal preparation and presentation, value engineering, and many other valuable assets that will greatly contribute to our transportation services team.
We are confident that Kramer’s past professional engineering experiences and reliable technical leadership expertise for managing transportation infrastructure within an engineering firm will benefit all of our future transportation engineering projects. His perception and versatility with both hands-on support, as well as managing and training of engineering staff professionals, easily compliments our firm’s rich history of providing high quality engineering consulting services.
